Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Rarely, events may arise out of our control which may lead to a delay in shipping or delivery. We will do our best to keep you informed on the progress of your order.

Import duties and taxes
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. The Crown Prints is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at jenny@thecrownprints.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Delivery to P.O. Boxes is not offered for United States customers. Please provide a physical mailing address if your delivery address is in the USA.
Refunds, Returns, Exchanges
Returns
All printed and shipped artwork is made-to-order and therefore returns are not accepted, except in cases where an error on our part has been made or items were damaged during transit. Due to the nature of digital downloads, our printable art package products (digital downloads) cannot be returned.
Did your order arrive a bit worse for wear?
If your order was damaged during transit, just drop us a line at jenny@thecrownprints.com within 30 days of receipt. Make sure to include your order number and a photo of the damage - as well as the packaging, if applicable. No need to worry about sending the damaged piece back to us. Once we've got your photo evidence and sorted out a replacement, feel free to pass on the damaged item as a gift or donation if you can. We'll make sure your replacement gets to you safe and sound.
